Verbels did not join a meeting

If Verbels did not join a meeting you expected it to, check the reasons below before contacting support.

Check your meeting access preference​

Your meeting access preference controls which meetings Verbels joins automatically. If it is set to Don't join automatically (manual only), Verbels will not join any calendar meeting on its own.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Scroll down to Meeting access.
  4. Check which option is selected.

Check your calendar connection​

Verbels can only join meetings on your connected calendar. If the meeting was on a different calendar account, Verbels would not have known about it.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Scroll down to Calendar.
  4. Check that the right account is connected under Linked.

If the wrong account is connected, disconnect it and connect the correct one.

Check the waiting room​

If the meeting had a waiting room, the host may not have admitted Verbels before the meeting ended. Verbels cannot join or process a meeting it was not admitted to.

Ask the host to admit Verbels from the waiting room at the start of the next meeting.

Recover the meeting​

If Verbels did not join and the meeting has already happened, you can still process it by uploading the transcript if you recorded it with another tool.
