Understand confidence scores

Each task has a confidence score, a percentage that shows how confident Verbels is that it correctly identified an action item from the meeting conversation. A higher score means Verbels found clear information. A lower score means the task needs a closer look before you use it.

The score does not indicate whether a task is important, complete, or ready to sync.

Review low-scoring tasks​

Before you assign or sync a task, check that it has:

  • The right action
  • The right person assigned
  • The correct due date

If any of these details are wrong, edit the task. If the task is not useful, delete it. Use the summary, transcript, or recording to verify what was actually discussed.

Scores on edited and new tasks​

When you edit a task, Verbels automatically sets the confidence score to 100%. Tasks you create manually also start at 100% because you have verified or added the details yourself.
