Manage your account
Open Settings from the dashboard to manage your profile, meeting access, and calendar connection.
Update your profile
- Select the edit icon beside Details.
- Update your first name or last name.
- Select Save changes.
Your email and role are set during onboarding and cannot be changed here.
Meeting access
Meeting access controls when Verbels joins meetings from your connected calendar. Select the option that fits how you work.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Join all meetings on my connected calendar | Verbels joins every meeting on your calendar automatically. |
| Join only meetings I'm hosting | Verbels only joins meetings where you are the organizer. |
| Don't join automatically (manual only) | Verbels does not join any meeting unless you add it manually. |
You can change this setting at any time.
Calendar connection
Connect a Google or Outlook calendar so Verbels can find your scheduled meetings.
